Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits made to secure an event date are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your event date and prevent other bookings from being accepted.

Client Cancellations
If a client cancels services:
• More than 30 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable but no additional balance is required.
• Within 30 days of the event: the client may be responsible for a portion of the remaining balance.
• Within 7 days of the event: full balance may be required due to preparation and scheduling commitments.

Event Rescheduling
If the client needs to reschedule their event, Gonzalez Entertainment will attempt to accommodate the new date if availability allows.
Deposits may be transferred to the new event date if:
• The new date is within 12 months of the original booking
• Our team is available for the new date

Cancellation by Gonzalez Entertainment
In the unlikely event Gonzalez Entertainment must cancel services due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive:
• A full refund of payments made
or
• The option to reschedule services.

Weather and Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client must provide appropriate shelter for equipment and performers.
If weather conditions pose a safety risk to equipment or staff, services may be paused or discontinued.

Refunds are issued only when required under the conditions listed above. Deposits and completed services are non-refundable.
