These terms apply to all entertainment services provided by Gonzalez Entertainment including DJ services, Photo Booth rentals, 360 Photo Booths, Cold Spark machines, Dancing on the Clouds effects, and other event entertainment services.

Booking and Deposits
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Your event date is not guaranteed until a signed agreement and deposit have been received.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including:
• Event date
• Venue location
• Event timeline
• Setup access times
• Special requests
Any major changes to event details must be communicated as soon as possible to ensure proper service preparation.

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides:
• Adequate electrical power
• Safe setup areas for equipment
• Protection from weather for outdoor events
• Sufficient space for entertainment services
Gonzalez Entertainment is not responsible for limitations imposed by venues such as sound restrictions, setup limitations, or venue rules.

Equipment Safety and Liability
Clients and guests must not tamper with, move, or misuse equipment provided by Gonzalez Entertainment including:
• DJ equipment
• Photo Booth equipment
• Cold Spark machines
• Dancing on the Clouds equipment
The client may be responsible for damages caused by guests, venue staff, or event attendees.

Dancing on the Clouds Service
Our Dancing on the Clouds effect uses professional-grade equipment to produce a low-lying fog effect designed for special moments such as first dances.
Client acknowledges:
• The effect requires proper venue conditions and adequate ventilation.
• Certain venues may restrict fog effects or smoke machines.
• Gonzalez Entertainment is not responsible if venue restrictions prevent use of the effect.
We reserve the right to cancel this service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Cold Spark Machines
Cold Spark machines produce a safe, indoor spark effect commonly used for grand entrances and special event moments.
Clients must confirm that the venue allows spark effects before the event date.
Gonzalez Entertainment reserves the right to refuse operation of spark machines if venue safety rules or conditions prohibit their use.

Photo Booth and 360 Booth Services
Our Photo Booth services may include:
• Printed photo strips
• Digital photo galleries
• Props and backdrops
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space and power access for booth setup.
Printed photos and digital galleries are provided as part of the service package selected.

Equipment Setup and Breakdown
Setup times vary depending on services booked. Clients must coordinate with their venue to allow sufficient setup time before the event.
Delays in access to the venue may reduce available service time.

Force Majeure
Gonzalez Entertainment is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Power outages
• Government restrictions
• Emergencies or illness
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services if possible.
